I understand that life happens — emergencies, unexpected events, and schedule changes are sometimes unavoidable. I deeply value each of my clients and appreciate you choosing me to provide your service. In return, I ask for your respect and consideration of my time and business operations by following this policy: • Cancellations within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will result in a 100% charge of the service booked. • No-shows will also be charged 100% of the service amount. • Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will not be charged any fees. Please understand that missed appointments mean lost time that could have been offered to someone else, especially as appointment slots are limited. Important Notes: • After 3 late cancellations or no-shows, online booking privileges will be revoked, and future appointments will need to be approved manually or prepaid. • If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and will be considered a late cancellation, subject to the same fee. • Repeat offenses may result in the inability to book future services. Emergencies and special circumstances will always be considered on a case-by-case basis — communication is key! If something comes up, please reach out as soon as possible.
